"Valeria R.O is a multidisciplinary artist from the Peruvian Amazon basin, currently based in Barcelona. She received her bachelor’s degree in Lima, Peru and recently completed a Postgraduate degree on Contemporary Applied Arts at Escola Massana in Barcelona.

Her creative journey started with drawing and painting, evolving into an exploration of various mediums, ceramics and sculpture came along. Growing up surrounded by the immense beauty of the Amazon shaped her artistic spirit, instilling a profound passion for exploring patterns embedded in nature that intricately connect the core of our existence.

With her work she intends to create a visual language that not only captures the essence of organic sensations but also ignites a sense of movement and interconnectivity. Each stroke, inclination, or curve serves as a portal, for the exploration of concealed narratives beneath every pattern.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, she engages in a topological exploration of the intricate connection between organic forms and human existence. Her art uses the transformation of fluid matter to question and explore how we perceive and interact with time, each other, and the world around us.

Valeria extends an invitation to her journey, where she not only celebrates the beauty of nature but delves into the hidden stories beneath the deepest recesses of the organic world.
